Primerica Financial Services Ltd is looking for a customer service associate to join our team at North York, Ontario Job Summary : As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping to resolve inquiries, manage orders, and provide support.

Your aim is to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain customer loyalty. Key Responsibilities : Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

Resolve customer issues and provide service information. Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM. Escalate issues when necessary Qualifications : Min : College Diploma Experience in customer service.
