Job Summary
RBC Global Asset Management (GAM) is a provider of global investment management services and solutions to institutional, high-net-worth and individual investors through separate accounts, pooled funds, mutual funds, hedge funds, exchange-traded funds and specialty investment strategies.
The Enterprise Distribution Strategy (EDS) team provides capital market and investment product support to Canadian Banking Mutual Fund Distribution.
This extends to all Canadian Banking sales roles.
The main purpose of this role is to assist the EDS National Office team in executing on the national skill build road map and event plan for 2025.
Job Description
What will you do?
Calendar planning and administrative support for skill builds led by RBC GAM.
Skill build reporting support for leaders and / or facilitators.
Supporting Frequently Asked Questions in the RBC GAM Programs general inbox.
Creation of registration and seating chart templates in RBC GAM’s registration system (Stova).
Creation of presentation materials for pre-event calls.
Supporting Managers, Enablement & Delivery with content updates such as submitting files for translation and pulling timely sales data from the RBC GAM website.
Other administrative support as required.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
A client first mindset with an interest in learning how a large organization develops and executes a strategic plan.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize competing demands.
Professional written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
Comfortable working as an individual contributor and team player.
Nice-to-have
Previous experience working in events.

Be returning back to school after the work term end-date; or
If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating immediately after the work term), you must require the full work term as a mandatory component in order to graduate successfully
