Core Responsibilities : Manage and maintain member data reporting systems to generate insights and support decision-making.
Coordinate the collection of data from various sources and departments within the organization.Prepare plans and document processes to streamline member data collection, storage, and analysis for reporting purposes.
Manage and maintain the members-only site and other communication channels with Members.Collaborate with IT and business units to integrate systems and databases for seamless data flow.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.Create and deliver reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate data findings.
Build training modules and educate team members on optimal use of newly developed processes.Support Member Services and Innovations, as needed, on key strategic projects and initiatives.
Skills and Competencies : Must-HavesBachelor's degree in relevant fields (Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Math, Information Management, Information Technology, Business Analytics) or relevant experience emphasizing analytical skills.
Proven experience in data management, analysis, or business intelligence, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.Knowledge of data management principles, practices, and technologies.
Project management skills to lead data centralization initiatives and coordinate data collection and reporting initiatives.
Analytical mindset to make data-driven decisions with a good instinct on data and metrics.Experience extracting and manipulating data using SQL from relational databases / warehouses (e.
g., Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Access) as well as working with large scale datasets.Experience coding in programming languages such as Python, JAVA, MATLAB, R for quantitative analysis or data mining.
Expert in MS Excel, experience using Microsoft CRM and Office 365.Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Data analysis skills to extract insights and trends from complex datasets through visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI.
Problem-solving skills to address data quality issues and optimize data processes.Nice-to-HavesKnowledge in blockchain technologies, platform development, tokenomics, and consensus algorithms.
Master’s degree in relevant fields (Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Math, Information Management, Information Technology, Business Analytics).
Experience managing or coordinating IT projects, including software development, infrastructure upgrades, and system implementations.
Experience in compliance, operational, or other related investment industry experience.Bilingualism in English and French.
