OneSpan est à la recherche d'un(e) Administrateur(trice) des opérations infonuagiques hautement motivé(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe d'opérations SaaS en pleine croissance à Montréal.

L'objectif de ce poste est la mise en œuvre et la gestion réussies de nos initiatives infonuagiques visant à fournir des solutions efficaces, robustes, évolutives et sécurisées pour répondre aux besoins commerciaux et aux stratégies technologiques.

Cela inclut la collaboration sur la planification, la conception et la mise en œuvre de la production.

Vous aurez :

• Expérience avec les plateformes infonuagiques : AWS (de préférence)
• Connaissance des technologies d'application Web : TCP / IP, SSL / TLS, HTTP, DNS, routage, équilibrage de charge et CDN.
• Compétences en scriptage avec Python et / ou Bash
• Expérience dans l'administration d'une distribution Linux majeure
• Connaissance des meilleures pratiques en matière de sécurité, de détection des risques et de gestion des vulnérabilités.
• Capacité à apprendre rapidement et à développer une expertise dans des applications et des architectures existantes très complexes.
• Capacité à prospérer dans un environnement de haute production, orienté vers le client.
• Capacité à contribuer simultanément à plusieurs projets et demandes
• Compétences solides en documentation, communication et attention aux détails

Vous devrez :

• Comprendre l'intégration / livraison continue, GitOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaaC), et service mesh (Istio).
• Résolution de problèmes, optimisation des performances de systèmes complexes ainsi que la planification de capacité.
• Expérience avec des outils comme Ansible, Terraform et Terragrunt.
• Travailler au sein d'une équipe interfonctionnelle d'administrateurs d'applications, de DBA, d'administrateurs système et de DevOps pour spécifier, concevoir, développer, tester et mettre en œuvre les déploiements infonuagiques.
• Utiliser son expérience en implémentation, surveillance et administration des systèmes et bases de données pour concevoir, mettre en œuvre, sécuriser, automatiser et surveiller divers déploiements infonuagiques.
• Établir des critères et créer des procédures pour les services d'opérations infonuagiques
• Avoir une bonne compréhension de l'infrastructure et des produits supportés.
• Familiarité avec l'utilisation de pipelines CI / CD
• Participation au travail en rotation (sur appel).

OneSpan is looking for a highly motivated Cloud Operations Administrator to join our growing SaaS Operations team in Montreal.

The focus of this role is the successful implementation and management of our cloud initiatives that support efficient, robust, scalable, and secure solutions to meet business requirements and technology strategies.

This includes collaborating on the planning, designing and production implementation.

You will have

• Experience with Cloud Platforms : AWS (preferred)Knowledge of Web Application Technologies : TCP / IP, SSL / TLS, HTTP, DNS, routing, load balancing, and CDNs
• Scripting skills in Python and / or Bash
• Experience administering any leading Linux distribution
• Knowledge of security best practices, threat detection, and vulnerability management.
• The ability to quickly learn and develop expertise in highly complex existing applications and architectures
• Thrive in a high-production, customer-oriented environment.
• Contribute to multiple projects / demands simultaneously
• Strong documentation and communication skills and a strong attention to detail

You Will

• Understand continuous integration / delivery, GitOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaaC), and service mesh (Istio)
• Troubleshoot and performance tune complex systems, capacity planning, and performance tuning
• Experience with tools like Ansible, Terraform and Terragrunt.
• Work within a cross-functional team of App Admins, DBAs, Sys Admins, and DevOps to specify, design, develop, test and implement cloud deployments.
• Leverage their systems and database implementation, monitoring and administration experience to envision, implement, secure, automate, and monitor various cloud deployments.
• Sets standards and creates procedures for Cloud Operations Services.
• Have a good understanding of the infrastructure and supported products
• Familiarity with, CI / CD pipelines
• Participate in the on-call rotation

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of GitLab
• Experience with using Docker, AWS EKS, JFrog, Cloudflare, Gitlab
