As a Customer Service Representative, you'll support commercial clients, retail partners, and internal teams with product information, order processing, and inventory support. No cold calls, no sales pressure—just meaningful, solution-focused communication.

Responsibilities

Respond to inquiries from retailers, sales representatives, and warehouses

Provide accurate info on product availability, lead times, and specifications

Process and manage orders in SAP

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client needs efficiently

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

Bilingual (French & English) – written and spoken

2–3 years of customer service experience (ideally B2B)

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Confident using Windows, MS Office, browsers, and CRM / order entry systems

Friendly, proactive communicator with a customer-first mindset

Ability to work occasional overtime, weekends, or holidays if needed
