Point Zero is looking for a Sale Coordinator who is tech savvy to help finding new customers across the web.
You will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements.
For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Facetime, Skype, etc.
Job Duties
Looking for new virtual clients
Support the sales team and sales management in developing client accounts
Coordinate new account appointment set up with the salesman
Manage a contact list
Organize managers’ calendars
Perform market research
Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
Execute to completion Custom product projects – data, artwork and process including products and packaging
Internal software data management : Price lists, item maintenance, etc…
Product data management, maintenance and responding to information requests
Data entry and Managing external customer product information portals
Other Administrative responsibilities
Job Requirements
Customer service experience is required, preferably in Fashion
Intermediate level working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and sales database administration
Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
Self-motivated; able to prioritize tasks
Attentive to detail and structured
Quick thinking, goal-oriented individual who can prioritize activities and has the drive, energy and follow-through to achieve results in a rapidly changing, fast paced environment;
