A career as a Coordinator within the IT and Operations team at National Bank represents a central role in the operational dynamics of the company.

You will be responsible for effectively coordinating activities and projects, directly contributing to process optimization and organizational objectives achievement.

Your job

  • Proactively coordinating schedules and email communications, ensuring rigorous follow-up for the leaders of the sectors you will work with.
  • Organizing internal and external meetings, ensuring comprehensive logistical support from planning to managing administrative details.
  • Coordinating various administrative aspects of the sector, including access management, internship program, HR aspects, invoice management, and IT needs management.
  • Interacting confidentially with external partners, different Bank services, and internal team members for various matters, ensuring effective coordination of requests and information.
  • Drafting, translating, or revising certain communications for internal or external audiences, in French and English, thus contributing to the effective dissemination of information within the organization.
  • Providing essential administrative support to your teams, working closely with them to improve the administrative functioning of the service and develop internal procedures and processes aimed at optimizing operational efficiency.
  • Assisting the management team in preparing presentations on various subjects and being involved in various special projects, thus contributing to the strategic advancement of the organization.

Your team

Within the IT and Operations sector, you will report to the Vice President of Business Operations. In your role, you will provide support to a member of the Customer Experience Centre team (Vice President, Transformation), who is part of the Personal Individuals sector.

Teams play a central role in the customer experience. The Commercial Operations sector stands out for its thoroughness and the quality of its execution when granting or supporting products for the Bank's business clients.

At the Customer Experience Centre level, the team you will support oversees the transformation of customer contact centres for the Bank.

Prerequisite

  • Completed vocational or college diploma or academic equivalent, and five years of relevant experience
  • Experience as a Coordinator - an asset.
  • Analytical mind and strong desire to learn
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience working with a large group of employees.
  • Ability to deal with urgent situations and manage multiple situations at the same time
  • Strong written and oral communication skills as well as interpersonal skills.
