A career as a Senior Advisor within the Communications for Individuals and Businesses team at National Bank means acting as a strategic partner to support these sectors. You will contribute to aligning internal communication strategies to drive engagement and change adoption, while fostering a stimulating work environment.

This is a temporary position lasting 14 months

Your Role

  • Understand business challenges to design and implement effective internal communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with business sectors and various organizational levels to align messages and maximize impact.
  • Draft relevant and creative content by identifying impactful angles and key messages.
  • Ensure communications are consistent with the Bank’s strategic directions and values.
  • Develop tools and messages to inform employees, especially sales forces, ensuring they adopt initiatives and achieve business goals.

Write key messages to mitigate reputation risks and address dissatisfaction.

Your Team

The Communications and Corporate Social Responsibility Vice Presidency includes over nine dynamic and creative specialists known for their advisory expertise, collaboration, and influence. Reporting to the Senior Director, Communications for Individuals and Businesses, you will work in an inspiring team where camaraderie and creativity shine.

Prerequisites

  • Completed bachelor’s degree with six years of relevant experience,or completed master’s degree with four years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience designing internal communication strategies within a large organization.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and high attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of best practices in communication and collaboration tools
