CGI’s Executive and Enterprise Communications team is looking for a bilingual communications coordinator with a passion for writing and a knack for leveraging digital tools to maximize impact. Your future duties and responsibilities :

  • Contributing to a variety of global executive and enterprise communication projects by assisting your colleagues in drafting messages, coordinating the development creative items, interfacing with regional teams, etc.
  • Playing a key role in the organization of CGI’s Annual Tour, our flagship internal event reaching 90, colleagues worldwide.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure proper and timely dissemination of communications on various channels.
  • Managing and updating tools used to follow project status on behalf of the team to enable management to make educated decisions on workload and client delivery.
  • Showcasing the success of communication campaigns through data gathering and metrics.
  • Requesting translations and proofreading materials in French and English.
  • Using your critical thinking skills to continuously enhance our processes and tools.
  • Facilitate training of new joiners on certain communications platforms.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role :

  • 3 years of experience with working on multiple projects at the same time and using digital tools for communications, i.e. SharePoint, Viva Engage, Teams, email distribution platforms, Excel, PowerPoint as well as Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with project management tools and processes
  • Exceptional oral and written communications skills, with great attention to detail
  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Experience in data gathering and analysis
  • Presentation skills and comfort working effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
