Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Capital Markets team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of depository inventory management, CDS, DTC, settlement workflows, and financial technology systems.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring the efficient execution of capital market operations.
Responsibilities :
- Business Analysis :
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for capital market processes, including depository inventory management, CDS, DTC, settlement workflows, and APEX Global One.
- Develop detailed functional specifications, use cases, and process flows to support the design and implementation of new systems or enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Technology Expertise :
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of capital market technology systems, including APEX Global One, Finance Trade Workflow, Triparty, and Swift Message.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams during the implementation and testing phases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to capital market systems.
- Project Management :
- Contribute to project planning and execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects successfully.
- Provide status updates and reports to management.
- Regulatory Compliance :
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices related to capital markets.
- Ensure that capital market operations comply with relevant regulatory requirements.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in capital markets business analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of depository inventory, CDS, DTC, settlement, and financial technology systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Finance or related field.
- Experience with regulatory reporting and compliance.
- Certification in Business Analysis or Project Management.
