Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Capital Markets team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of depository inventory management, CDS, DTC, settlement workflows, and financial technology systems.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring the efficient execution of capital market operations.

Responsibilities :

• Business Analysis :
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for capital market processes, including depository inventory management, CDS, DTC, settlement workflows, and APEX Global One.
• Develop detailed functional specifications, use cases, and process flows to support the design and implementation of new systems or enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Technology Expertise :
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of capital market technology systems, including APEX Global One, Finance Trade Workflow, Triparty, and Swift Message.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams during the implementation and testing phases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to capital market systems.
• Project Management :
• Contribute to project planning and execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects successfully.
• Provide status updates and reports to management.
• Regulatory Compliance :
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices related to capital markets.
• Ensure that capital market operations comply with relevant regulatory requirements.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in capital markets business analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of depository inventory, CDS, DTC, settlement, and financial technology systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance or related field.
• Experience with regulatory reporting and compliance.
• Certification in Business Analysis or Project Management.
