As part of this position, you will be accountable for :
Mission : As the Senior Manager, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), you will be a part of the RGM team, in charge of leading the development, implementation and execution of the overall pricing, promotion, & OBPPC (Occasion Brand Package Price Channel) strategy to maximize top & bottom line results for our total business.
You will be to providing complex and comprehensive analysis, insights and recommendations for the Strat plan, AOP, innovation pipeline and supply chain incl (occasion, category, channel profit pools) which will fuel long-term Danone growth .
Success in the role will be driven by your ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functional stakeholders.
More specifically :
- Employ pricing instruments (. simulator) to support the development of categories, portfolio, and pricing strategy.
- Support consumer pricing research and market price information.
- Work to the identify occasions-channels-pack opportunities, price-pack-opportunities across core brands and innovation based on insights and analysis.
- Work and influence in a cross-functional environment to ensure RGM strategies are aligned with those of Danone Canada.
- Ensures seamless coordination on strategy roll out across functions (Sales Strategy, Sales Finance, Marketing & Operations)
- Partner with cross functional topline colleagues to ensure OBPPC / RGM vision and strategy are embedded and come to life in annual and forward-looking category plans.
- Building the foundation for multi-year revenue rate plan delivery
- Building systems to support and analyze promotional Return on Investment (ROI) defined event level ROI and re-planning with customer business teams
- Sets everyday price architecture across categories and channels aligned to brand price strategy guardrails
- Owns and refreshes customer segmentation including service level and trade rate implications
- Handles post events promotion analytics, including national guideline development
About You
ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and competencies :
- Completed Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finances, or any other relevant field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of business experience, preferably spent in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods)
- Strong analytical skills, with an ability to distil information and uncover insights from a variety of sources.
- Strong finance and business acumen, as you will be responsible for all lines of the P&L (Profit & Loss)
- Experience working with POS (Points of Sale), panel, shopper and TPO (Trade Promotion Optimization) tools (AC Nielsen, IRI, Dunnhumby,
- Leadership demonstrating significant initiative & tenacity
- Strong communication and negotiation skills ability to drive influence data focused conversations and decision-making
- Teamwork be able to work with transverse teams
