Must-Have Skills
- Expertise in Large Language Models (LLM) and Generative AI
- 10+ years as a Business Analyst
- Strong knowledge of security, privacy, accessibility standards
- Experience with logical / physical architecture, wireframes, use cases, and user stories
- 5+ years creating enterprise architecture documents (e.g., deployment models, data flow diagrams)
- Architectural frameworks (Zachman Framework) and compliance documentation
Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements
- Develop architectural artifacts and business models
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and accessibility standards
- Engage stakeholders and lead business analysis for I&IT solutions
- Prepare business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses
- Support DevOps and Agile project management
Desirable Skills
- Experience with Driver and Vehicle Service Ontario portals
- Knowledge of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA)
- Familiarity with emerging I&IT trends and structured methodologies
