ca / careers. Roles and responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of all business analysis activities throughout the HCM implementation project such as current state and gap analysis, requirements gathering and solution design sessions, etc.

Collaborate with key stakeholders and implementation partners understand business needs and translate them into detailed requirements and user stories for development.

Support development activities including demonstration of completed functionality to stakeholders. Monitor and report progress, identify risks, and proactively raise and address issues as they arise throughout the project implementation process.

Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth data migration from the legacy system to the new HCM platform.Own the creation and updating of business analysis and select project management artifacts.

Support testing and quality assurance activities include review of test strategy and cases; some test execution may be required.

Plan, coordinate, and execute on the UAT strategy, including supporting testers, managing defects, and reporting progress.

Working with Communications and Training team members, create communications and training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.

Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, project team, and external partners. Provide post-implementation warranty support and change management process activities.

Qualifications and experience Experience as a Senior Business Analyst or similar role within a major software migration and / or implementation project, preferably of HCM software or other organization-wide platforms.

Experience with all phases of project delivery in a Senior BA capacity from initial planning stages through to post-implementation transition to operationalization.

Experience as a project manager or holding project management responsibilities within a software implementation project.

Experience working within a variety of project delivery and software development approaches such as Agile, waterfall, and hybrid approaches.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences and tailor content to various audience types.

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills Working knowledge of project management and delivery tools such as Jira, Asana, and MS Project.

Familiarity with user experience design and digital accessibility standards are considered an asset.Knowledge of HR and Payroll operations and systems is considered an asset.
