- You can identify opportunities to streamline, scale and continuously optimize initiatives considering the best available evidence
- You have led and facilitated structured workshops and discussions to gather information from ministry staff, partners and stakeholders
- You can evaluate, assess and provide strategic analysis of complex information and initiatives and prepare recommendations and solutions that translate business priorities into implementable actions
- You have played a lead role in the development of environmental scans, document analysis, and business cases, in order to identify trends and develop recommendations and forecasting tools for strategic planning and / or business improvement initiatives
- You are a strategic thinker that gathers information systematically, considering risks, factors and range of issues in order to develop strategic planning and business improvement recommendations
- Experience with Agile methodology within the Software Development Life Cycle is an asset.
Data, Analytics and Measures – %
