Job Description
The Clinic :
An innovative ADHD clinic that combines medical and behavioral services to assess and treat focusing challenges in children, adolescents and adults.
The team consists of medical, psychological, and coaching professionals all specialized in attention difficulties who work closely with one another under one roof to provide unified treatment.
About the Role :
We are seeking collaborative, patient-focused Psychiatrists ready to work alongside our multidisciplinary team supporting a full-some variety of clinical profiles : ADHD, ASD and other comorbidities ex.
Anxiety, Depression, Mood, Trauma, etc.
- A195 Consults with K630 extenders
- Short-term K198 follow-ups
- One-Off Consults to returning patients requiring medical tune-up
- ALL patients have referrals from a primary physician
Flex your skills by joining assessment teams, providing comprehensive ADHD evaluations and same-day treatment plans via the Clinics proprietary One-Day assessment model.
Commitment / Compensation :
- One (1) day per week (8-hour shift) with the opportunity to increase hours based on business need
- Retain ALL OHIP billings
- $225 per hour for time NOT covered by OHIP
- Internal collab meetings
- Paperwork time
- No Shows compensated at OHIP rates
- NO overhead fees taken by the Clinic
- Skilled administrative support provided
Requirements :
- Licensed and in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
- Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada (FRCPC), with specialized training in mental health / psychiatry
- Authorized client population(s) must include : Adults
- Experience with ASD an asset
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Passion for and experience working with multidisciplinary teams
