The Pharmacy Manager oversees the daily operations of the pharmacy ensuring compliance with regulations managing staff and delivering highquality patient care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage pharmacy operations including staffing budgeting and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with federal state and provincial pharmacy laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve service delivery and patient care.
- Provide leadership and support to pharmacy staff fostering a culture of teamwork and professional development.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance pharmacy operations.
