Your new role
As a Litigation Legal Assistant, you will be working alongside two Partners to help them run their respective practices.
The first is primarily focused on commercial litigation matters, the second is mainly employment litigation. Are you interested in these areas?
If you come from a commercial or civil litigation background, this could be the perfect opportunity! In addition, this firm will meet you where you are in terms of your skillset.
Would you like more exposure to Clerking work like drafting of affidavit of documents; reviewing examination transcripts and taking the first stab at undertakings charts?

What you'll need to succeed
- Must have : A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience from a civil or commercial litigation practice, keep on top of practice directions, notices to the profession etc.
- Nice to have : experience with Superior Court, Tax Court, Federal Court, Court of Appeal (Provincial and Federal), JSO Portal, Caselines is nice to have
