This specialist Construction Firm, with a proven history of delivering complex High-Rise construction projects, are seeking their Project Manager with a background in overseeing High-Rise projects.
The role involves :
- Leading and overseeing all aspects of project management, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution, for a portfolio of high-profile High-Rise projects
- Collaborating closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project success and client satisfaction
- Providing expertise and guidance on construction methodologies, material selection, and value engineering solutions
- Developing and implementing project strategies to optimize efficiency, minimize risks, and achieve project goals within budget and schedule constraints
- Leading and growing the Division and teams
Experience needed :
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field
- 8-10+ years of experience in High-Rise project management
- Proven expertise in High-Rise construction, including experience with project planning, procurement, logistics, and installation
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
