We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, high-visibility digital initiatives. This role focuses on implementing critical enterprise frameworks, including advanced risk management systems and cloud-based communication platforms. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle—from procurement and scoping to final deployment—ensuring that all functionality and performance objectives are met on schedule and within approved budgets.

Pay Rate: $65.12- $71.8/Hr

Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational standards, success measures, and corporate vision.

- Oversee the deployment of comprehensive systems covering risk management, business continuity, and privacy.

- Manage the implementation of cloud-based notification systems to enable multi-channel alerts via SMS, mobile apps, and other digital interfaces.

- Direct diverse teams of technology professionals, functional SMEs, and external vendors in a complex matrix environment.

- Manage and report on project budgets, support financial planning, and maintain accurate documentation for capital and operational expenditures.

- Produce essential project artifacts including detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), status reports, and risk/issue logs.

- Facilitate communication between senior leadership, steering committees, and operational teams to manage expectations and resolve conflicts.

- Lead RFP development, vendor evaluation, and contract awarding processes for technology services.

Qualifications
- Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI is mandatory.

- 5–7 years managing complex, cross-functional application and infrastructure projects.

- At least 3 years of hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow solutions.

- Successfully delivered at least 5 separate large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.

- Expert knowledge of MS Project, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

- Familiarity with accessibility requirements, privacy legislation, and safety standards.

- Proven ability to resolve complex issues through effective negotiation, mediation, and facilitation.
