The Resource Management Specialist role at IBISKA is to source IM / IT professionals in the fulfillment of IBISKA contracts.
It requires sufficient technical knowledge to fully understand the IM / IT project requirements. Good communication practices, combined with excellent interpersonal skills, are key elements for success in this position.
You will work closely with the Recruiting and Account Management teams and will collaborate within a multi-disciplinary environment in the development of new business and in the delivery of professional services under current contracts.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview consultants, ensuring they align with business / sales objectives, and efficiently process their information and references.
- Analyze candidates’ profiles in relation to current requirements, ensuring a perfect fit.
- Initiate outreach and establish strong relationships with potential consultants across IBISKA’s business lines, expanding the pool of candidates for immediate and future opportunities.
- Cultivate and nurture solid, reliable relationships with candidates while effectively driving sales efforts.
- Proactively seek out and qualify potential leads within the federal government, leveraging industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Monitor and stay updated on government policies, initiatives, and budget allocations that may impact procurement decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all government procurement processes, including RFP responses.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to the Canadian Federal Government sector.
Skills & qualifications required for this role
- Knowledge of IT services and / or experience in a customer facing / customer relationship role.
- Hold or be eligible Level II Secret Security Clearance
- Reside in the National Capital Region.

8 : 30 to 5 : 00 Monday to Friday
