The Role - What You'll Do:

As a Kitchen Manager at Smitty’s, you’ll lead the back-of-house team and oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high standards every day.

  1. Lead, coach, and develop your back-of-house team
  2. Manage scheduling, labor, and daily kitchen operations
  3. Oversee inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
  4. Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet Smitty’s standards
  5. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety compliance
  6. Keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment
  7. Collaborate with front-of-house and handle guest feedback professionally
  8. Identify opportunities to improve performance, systems, and results


The Requirements - What You Need:
