Job description
Accounts Payable Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead the group within the corporate finance team. This role is essential in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial operations while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Your success will be defined by your ability to:
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice processing, payment execution, and vendor communications
  • Train, mentor, and support team members
  • Develop and monitor KPIs for team performance
  • Support internal/external audits by providing accurate documentation and reports
  • Maintain up-to-date vendor records
  • Assist with month-end close procedures
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Your strengths include:
  • 8+ years of experience in accounts payable, with a solid understanding of accounting principles
  • 4+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of financial controls and compliance
  • Proficiency with ERP and financial systems
