The Opportunity :
We’re looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Leduc team on a part-time evening shift (0.4 FTE) basis. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering nursing care based on individual client needs, following established standards and scope of practice, under the direction of the LPN Team Lead and Director of Care.
What you’ll do :
- Provide care and services according to the Client Service Care Plan.
- Administer medications safely and accurately, including verification, documentation, and monitoring patient response.
- Perform nursing procedures and functions in line with CLPNA standards and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with families, healthcare teams, and external agencies.
- Supervise Health Care Aides and support delegated nursing tasks to ensure quality care.
- Foster team collaboration and maintain a safe, respectful environment.
