Job description

Description du poste Infirmier(ère)

PLACEMENT SOINS SANTÉ ( filiale de BIEN CHEZ SOI)

Mandat

  • Planifier et évaluer les soins à donner.
  • Évaluer la condition physique et mentale des patient(e)s.
  • Informer les patient(e)s et leur famille sur certains aspects de santé.
  • Collaborer avec des équipes interdisciplinaires de soins de santé.
  • Administrer les médicaments et les traitements prescrits.
  • Ajuster le plan thérapeutique infirmier.
  • Surveiller, évaluer, documenter et consigner les symptômes et les changements dans l'état des patient(e)s.
  • Assister les médecins lors des interventions chirurgicales et des procédures médicales.
  • Superviser, s'il y a lieu, d'autres membres du personnel.
  • Exécuter la démarche de renvoi des patient(e)s.

Les qualifications et exigences requises sont entre autres :

  • Aptitude à la planification, à l’organisation et au travail multitâches
  • Expérience dans les soins
  • Formation en premiers soins et en RCR
  • DEC en soins infirmiers
  • RCR
  • PDSB
