As one of Western Canada's leading suppliers of rental vehicles to the film and television industry, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service through teamwork, innovation, and a commitment to finding solutions.We are currently seeking a Production Administrative Assistant to join our Production Department on a full-time fixed-term contract to provide maternity leave coverage. The successful candidate will begin in August 2026, allowing for training and a smooth transition before the current team member commences maternity leave in September. The contract is expected to continue for approximately 14 months, with the possibility of future opportunities within the company should a suitable position become available.

About the Role:Our Production Department is the central hub for coordinating vehicle movements for film and television productions. This role is critical to ensuring the right vehicles are available at the right time while supporting our customers and internal departments with efficient administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process reservation requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform high-volume data entry with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Monitor vehicle availability and assist with fleet optimization.
  • Analyze scheduling information to maintain accurate reservation and fleet records.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, templates, and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Provide professional customer service to production clients and internal teams.
  • Assist with general administrative duties as required.

Compensation:Starting Wage: $20.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience.
