Job description

What you’ll do:


Reporting to the C-Store Division Manager, you will -
  • Manage the C-Store/Gas Bar Site, ensuring safe, consistent, and profitable operations.
  • Oversee adherence to brand and merchandising standards, marketing efforts, and image standards.
  • Lead store team positively and engagingly, providing day-to-day direction and guidance to team members. Provide direction, leadership, coaching, training/development, and oversee recruitment.
  • Purchase and market convenience store merchandise and manage relationships with vendors.

Who you are

  • Have a minimum of a High School Diploma
  • You are familiar with petroleum products, storage, handling and safety.
  • You have good skills in MS Office Suite applications (Excel, Word, etc).
  • You have strong leadership, customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented, and strive to be the best in what you do.
  • You have 5+ years of retail experience with at least 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
