Hours of Work :

Equivalent to8 hours per day 40hours per week.

• Please note : The successful applicant will be required to work 3 : 30 p.m. - 12 : 00 a.m.

Qualifications :

Minimum Grade 10 education (Grade 12 or equivalent is preferred)

Valid Firemans Certificate required (will be provided opportunity to obtain)

Valid Drivers License

Direct experience in the caretaking field would be considered an asset

Demonstrated understanding of cleaning procedures cleaning processes products and equipment is preferred

General mechanical / plumbing knowledge and aptitude

Must have the ability to operate tractors mowers and equipment efficiently and safely

Knowledge of computers and applicable software

Knowledge of the Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System

Commitment to the ideals of public education as well as the mission vision and guiding principles of the South East Cornerstone School Division

Salary & Benefits :

Salary and benefits are in accordance with the currently negotiated SEIU-West Collective Agreement as listed on our website . The starting wage for this position is currently $22.70 / hour along with a full benefit package and an employer defined pension plan.
