Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and provide value propositions to dealers and customers.
- Engage in dealer and customer demos, field days, training events, dealer meetings, and customer visits to implement retail unit and share objectives in the assigned territory.
- Serve as the marketing product expert for HHP Tractors & Crop Production products to sales and marketing, product management, and product development teams.
- Provide training sessions to key internal and external partners within your region.
- Help build marketing and training materials for assigned products to communicate their value, features, and benefits to the commercial organization, dealer network, and specialists.
- Set and achieve dealer order objectives, transfer for retail, and retail actions to supervise demo activity and field inventory of products in your region.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years of agricultural product experience with direct customer agriculture equipment sales support.Ability to travel 75% - this is a field-based position.Company Benefits
