Lead customer quality for Modine data center accounts, applying structured problem-solving and thermal management expertise across North America. Travel is required.
As a Customer Quality Engineer, you will serve as Modine’s primary quality interface for key data center customers. The work spans customer requirements, issue resolution, plant alignment, and continuous improvement across thermal management products. You will use 8D, A3, DMAIC, and quality tools including DFMEA, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, and control plans.
Bring customer-facing quality leadership, reliability analysis, and structured corrective action to Modine’s data center thermal systems.
