This role willbe primarily responsible for the collection evaluationunderstanding and communication of business requirements involvedin the development of new or the modification and ongoing supportof existing enterprise business applications and departmentalbusiness processes.
Requirements :
- Gathering business requirements through interviewsworkshops meetings and / or from existing system documentation andprocedures as well as industry standard analysis techniques such asdata flow modeling use case analysis and workflow analysis.
- Documenting analysis and requirements usingthe appropriate templates and tools MS Excel MS Word MS Visio MSPowerPoint. Also responsible for being a key contributor in thedefinition of the appropriate templates / tools for the specificactivities undertaken.
- Working closely withsubject matter experts (SMEs) and business stakeholders to analyzebusiness processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Working daytoday with the technology product teams torefine requirements gathered remove roadblocks and gain alignmentaround features or business processes.
- Contributing to testing training implementation effortsand supporting enterprisewide business applications.
- Monitoring and reporting on project progress andproviding the appropriate level of communication to businessstakeholders and product teams.
- Identifyingand mitigating risks associated with work efforts business orapplication related. Managing projects of large scope andcomplexity.
Requirements :
- 4 years Business Analyst experience ideally working in anAgile Scrum / Kanban environment including data analysis uses casedevelopment story writing and user acceptance testing and productdocumentation.
- Familiarity with techniques andtools used in functional design data analysis and data flowdiagramming.
- Demonstrable experience withtechniques and tools used to elicit requirements define functionaldesign perform data analysis and data flow diagramming used tosolve business problems.
- Proficiency in toolssuch as Azure DevOps SharePoint and MS Office suite.
- Experience in Workday HCM and / or Learning ManagementSystems a plus
