We are currently looking for a Temporary Full-time Summer Student to provide general support to our Programs.
Duration ASAP until August 30, 2024
Location : Wilson site (onsite)
Hours of work : Monday to Friday (7.5 hour days)
The Summer Student will assist with :
- Support duties and provide backfill support to the Program Assistants
- Provide meeting / minute / calendar support during periods of vacancy or vacation backfill
- Front desk assignment and support
- Administrative tasks associated with the leadership team
- Reporting any problems or concerns to the Program Directors
- Special project related responsibilities as requested
Requirements :
- Must be actively enrolled in post-secondary education.
- Previous experience in administrative or customer service support required.
- Candidates from the North West Toronto community are especially encouraged to apply, preference will be given to local residents.
- Intermediate / proficient computer skills - Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Superior organizational skills and detail-oriented.
- Able to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Ability to multitask competing priorities
- Ability to prioritize work in a fast paced, service-oriented environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
