Coffee Inside Sales Representative

Our client is hiring a pionate.energetic and knowledgeable Coffee Inside Sales Representative tojoin their Milton team! Our client is a progressive innovative andgrowing coffee distributor with showroom providing the finestcoffee equipment espresso machines and accessories with a strongfocus on quality resulting in many ravingfans!

Thisis a fulltime position with significant growth opportunities withina positive company culture. Experience and / or knowledge in thespecialty coffee space particularly with machines is required to beconsidered.

Rateof Pay :

$20.00 per hour. There issignificant longterm earnings potential for an exceptionalcandidate.

HoursofWork :

Mondayto Friday : 9 : 00am 5 : 00pm

Saturday : 11 : 00am 4 : 00pm

Total Hours : 45hours perweek

Possibleoption for a 37 hour work week with 4 days during the week butSaturday would berequired.

Responsibilities

• Answeringinbound sales related phone calls emails or webchatconversations.
• Providing exceptionalcustomer service and followup with excellent phone or inpersonmannerisms andprofessionalism.
• Greeting guests asthey enter the store location / showroom and demonstrating themachines to prospectivebuyers.
• Handling instoretransactions including cash anddebit / credit.
• istance with othertasks during busy times asrequired.

Requirements

• Alove for coffee and being a specialty coffee enthusiast isrequired.
• Have worked in the coffeeindustry or with coffeerelated products in the past is anet.
• You area great communicator and enjoy being aroundpeople.
