Coffee Inside Sales Representative

We're hiring a Coffee Inside Sales Representative on behalf of a growing, innovative specialty coffee distributor . Hours & Schedule :

• Full-time (45 hrs / week)

Monday–Friday : 9 : 00am–5 : 00pm

Saturday : 11 : 00am–4 : 00pm

Responsibilities

Help customers via phone, email, chat, and in-person —answering questions, recommending equipment, and guiding purchases.

Greet walk-in customers in our showroom , demo coffee machines, and create a welcoming, informative experience.

Handle in-store transactions (cash, debit, credit) with care and accuracy.

Stay up to date on the latest coffee trends and equipment.

Support other departments when needed during busy times—you're a team player.
