Positions Overview :
Aztec Electrical Supply is hiring a Technical Inside Sales Representative. We are looking to add a relentless and passionate member to our team, who is seeking a challenging opportunity where they can apply their knowledge to provide our customers with the best care possible.
Responsibilities :
- Assist customers to quote and order parts correctly; troubleshoot any product issues by phone, email and in person.
- Work with vendors, customers and the warehouse team to facilitate the prompt delivery of orders.
- Collaborate with Account Managers, the Projects Group and the Technical Team to ensure premier customer service is provided to customers.
What to expect in your first month :
- Get to know your team, office and warehouse
- One on one system and product training
- Spend time at our Counter learning about contractor products
- Working with a small group of customers with support
Requirements :
- A desire to learn and continue to grow.
- A post secondary education in Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics or relevant experience.
- Knowledge of electrical products such as : relays, timers, PLCs, light curtains, push buttons, breakers and panels.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Wage Range : 45, 000 - 50, 000 base + annual bonus
Please note that, whilst not expected, the company may pay at a rate outside of the range for this role where appropriate.
Actual compensation commensurate with the candidate’s experience, education, internal parity, role complexity, role level, and other relevant factors.
The advertised salary range relates to Ontario and is provided in accordance with the Ontario Pay Transparency Act. We recognize however that salaries are often driven by market forces in the local area where a candidate is based and accordingly the salary range may not apply outside of Ontario.
