Territory Sales Representative Pacific Northwest
Location : Vancouver, BC
Working Environment : Monday to Friday
Base Salary : $80,-$90,
Commissions : Based on Territory Growth
As a leading Canadian manufacturer of a specialty building product, our client is looking for an individual with a minimum of 2+ years of sales experience to report to the National Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities :
- Build and foster relationships with current and new customers
- Prioritize sales opportunities, develop recommendations, and execute sales plans
- New business development through cold calls, online searches, prequalification, and sourcing quotations
- Regular sales reporting with a focus on customer calls and follow-up plans
- Provide product knowledge training to customers
- Attend trade shows and contractor events as a representative of the company
Qualifications and Skills :
- University Degree or College Diploma
- 2+ years of Territory sales experience (Product Based)
- Building materials and / or roofing industry experience is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport in various settings
- Self-starter with strong time management skills and ability to work independently
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a team player with a drive to succeed
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- A passion for winning and a desire to go the extra mile
