Location : Various locations across BC

Overview : As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of municipal offices.

This role includes handling correspondence, managing schedules, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities :

  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain contact lists.
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

Requirements

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

Working knowledge of office equipment. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular). Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
