This is not a technical support role. The role is primarily implementing technology solutions for our clients. We are looking for seasoned IT professionals that have experience with a wide variety of server, network, and cloud infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• To ensure that all of MNP’s Clients reflect the practices and standards of MNP
• Ensuring project proposals comply with MNP standards
• Managing and maintaining project tracking systems
• Ensuring adherence to risk management and quality control standards
• Execute multiple concurrent technology projects on an on-going basis
• Implements, recommends, and supports technology solution standards
• Apply technical knowledge to deliver, enable and operationalize technology solutions, services, systems and applications in clients on-premises and cloud environments
• Ensure solution implementation is performed in compliance with technology standards
• Provide training and documentation for IT Support teams to operate, maintain and support solutions after implementation
• Assist with monitoring and manage the queue of incoming project requests
• Participate in client project scoping meetings and presentations
• Develop Statements of Work, accurate time estimates, accurate materials lists, and comprehensive assumptions list for each project request
• Responsible for input into architecting IT solutions for server / network / cloud infrastructure projects for our clients
• Responsible for the design of project plans and focusing on risk assessment, change management and contingency planning, ensuring alignment with the business need being addressed
• Define project goals and deliverables

Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 8 years professional IT experience, preferably in Managed IT Services or IT Consulting
• Professional presentation skills and demonstrated comfort and confidence in client meetings
• Working knowledge of Prince2 Agile methodologies
• Advanced knowledge of the following technologies : Active Directory and AzureAD (now EntraID)SharePoint Online and migrating files to SPO and OneDriveM365 Suite, and migrations to M365 including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, IntuneAzure and migrations to AzureWindows, Windows Server, including upgrades / migrationsDatabase services including Microsoft SQLEmail services including Microsoft Exchange and Office 365, G SuiteActive Directory, GPO’s, NTFS and share permissions, AD replicationAdvanced networking including TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, Switching, Routing, VLANs, VPN’s, common ISP servicesBackup software, strategies and recovery methodologyVMWare and virtualizationFirewalls, Fortinet, Checkpoint, othersVarious other technologies
