Are you looking for Project Manager - Business Change role and have adequate experience in the field? This contract role maybe a right fit for you.

General Description
• The Project Manager Level 1 is responsible for the successful completion of low to medium risk business process change or similar projects safely, with quality, within budget and on time by leading project teams and applying project management principles.

Advantages
Location: Edmonds (Hybrid - 2 days per week in the office)

Hybrid work model: Candidates would generally be expected to work in the office approximately two days per week.

Preference for someone who can be physically present with the team, as collaboration and support are important aspects of the role.

Remote candidates are not excluded, but they would need to be exceptionally qualified to be considered.

This is an opportunity to work with a renowned company at competitve pay rate.

Responsibilities
Main Duties:
• A minimum five (5) years of project management experience or equivalent.
• Plan, direct, and report on business process change or similar project activities by consistently monitoring project benefits, resources and status and creating documents such as project plans, action logs, communication plans, status reports and post implementation reviews so that the project is implemented as planned.
• Develop project plans and risk management plans for business process change or similar projects by identifying, analyzing, and monitoring risks for effective risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Complete project management activities including scoping, planning, managing, monitoring, and reporting on project tasks by using intermediate skills in Microsoft Office as well as project management programs to fulfill business needs.
• Maintain meaningful relationships with stakeholders through regular reporting and communication using excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills enabling timely progression of projects.

Qualifications
Must haves:

Bachelor's degree (business, engineering, economics, or related discipline)
Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Excel, Word, OneNote, Teams)
SharePoint Online experience
Records management/file management knowledge or certification

Nice to haves:

Major Case Management training or certification
JIBC Investigations and enforcement skills certificate (Justice Institute of British Columbia)
Project Management Professional (PMP®) designation
CRSP - Canadian Registered Safety Professional or CRST - Canadian Registered Safety Technologist
