Customer Service Specialist
The ideal candidate comes with 3 years of Customer Service / Order Desk experience from a manufacturing environment.
Working Hours :
Monday to Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm (only apply if these hours are doable).
Responsibilities :
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
- Must have excellent communication skills (English language)
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Enter orders in AS400 and ensure accuracy
- Coordinate with shipping to make certain product is out and on its way as per deadlines
- Handle any complaints, customer concerns, damaged product and returns
- Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications :
- At least 3- 5 years' of relevant work experience
- Bilingual in German French, Italian or Portuguese is nice to have
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- AS400 or SAP experience
- Strong MS Excel / Outlook and ERP
Compensation : $50,000-$55,000 + Benefits + RRSP
