Salary
CAD28.85 hourlyJob descriptionA competitive salary. Weekly pay. Flexible schedule. Free parking. Must possess a valid AZ license. Prior experience in city or long-haul routes is mandatory. Knowledge of areas within and outside the GTA is essential. Ability to work up to 12 hours a day. Have highly effective skills and techniques. Have positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Have a hands-on commitment to getting the job done. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Have strong commitment to safety protocols. Be able to work on-call with flexibility in scheduling. Be able to meet physical demands of the role while working in cities.
Les tâches
- Perform a comprehensive pre-inspection of trucks.
- Adhere strictly to company policies and safety guidelines.
- Execute pickups and deliveries within cities and across borders.
- Maintain open communication with dispatch for efficient operations.
- Complete necessary paperwork accurately during deliveries and pickups.
- Report any issues, discrepancies, or damaged items promptly to the Transport Supervisor / Manager.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned.
