Customer Service Specialist
Job Description
Cadel, Canada’s leading distributor of parts and accessories for diesel engine and heavy equipment markets is currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist for our Mississauga, Ontario office.
Our customer service team take pride in providing excellent service and they have strong knowledge of various parts and equipment.
They offer advice, support, are friendly, resourceful, and have excellent product knowledge!
In this key role, you will :
- Efficiently process part orders and respond to general inquiries from customers over the phone and online.
- Process product returns, provides all pertaining information to ensure a smooth and accurate process for the benefits of all parties involved.
- Keep a record of lost sales and the applicable reasons for such situations.
- Assist the manager in growing the customer base
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
To join our team, you need :
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, or similar
- Ability to communicate in both English and French, written and spoken, is considered an asset as you will be speaking to clients across Canada
- Knowledge of the heavy vehicle parts market or relevant experience to be demonstrated
- Ability to effectively address customer concerns and diffuse situations as they occur
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate-level knowledge)
- Strong sense of organization and excellent customer service skills
