Job Description :
- Place orders for materials based on project requirements and production schedules.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and timely availability of materials.
- Review incoming orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with suppliers to procure necessary materials, negotiating terms and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to understand project requirements and timelines.
- Evaluate supplier quotes to determine cost-effectiveness and compliance with project specifications.
- Arrange meetings with customers to discuss project progress, address concerns, and provide updates.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the procurement or delivery process.
- Work closely with technicians and production teams to ensure seamless integration of materials into production processes.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and lead times.
Requirement :
- 1-2 years experience in project coordination
- Bilingual required (English & French)
- Good interpersonal communication and relationship with others (collaborate, convince)
- Excellent organization & multitasking skill
- Able to work under fast pace environment
