Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) aide général(e) de cuisine dévoué(e) et énergique pour rejoindre notre équipe à Montréal, au Canada. En tant que membre essentiel de notre équipe de cuisine, vous contribuerez au bon fonctionnement de notre établissement de restauration en participant à diverses tâches et en veillant à ce que l'environnement de travail soit propre et efficace.
- Effectuer le lavage de la vaisselle et maintenir la propreté de l'équipement de cuisine et des aires de service alimentaire.
- Assister les chefs dans la préparation des aliments et la production des plats du menu, selon les besoins.
- Prendre les commandes des clients et fournir un service amical et professionnel.
- Veiller à ce que les aliments servis répondent aux normes de qualité et aux directives de présentation.
- Soutenir le programme de sécurité de la cuisine et respecter les normes d'hygiène et de sécurité.
- Effectuer des tâches élémentaires de préparation des aliments, telles que laver, éplucher et hacher les ingrédients.
- participer à la gestion de l'inventaire et au stockage des produits alimentaires et des fournitures
- Collaborer avec le personnel de la cuisine pour assurer le service des repas en temps voulu et la satisfaction des clients.
- S'adapter à différents rôles au sein de la cuisine selon les besoins, y compris les tâches de cuisine et de caisse.
