Property Developer - Non-Hybrid
THE OPPORTUNITY
A firm focused on mixed use mid to high-rise projects seeks a seasoned architectural job captain with 6+ years experience to oversee a pipeline of projects.
As Job Captain you will be report to an OAA Architect and be responsible for preparing design and construction drawings;
creating 3D models, reviewing drawings, site visits and providing mentorship to staff.
WHAT THEY NEED
Someone with a Bachelor's of Architecture, Master of Architecture or architectural technology diploma from an accredited institution;
6+ years post-graduate experience; candidates with strong OBC skills; preference for PMP or OAA eligible architects
Candidate proficient in Revit that can juggle multiple projects; produce a set of quality drawings : floor plans, elevations, building & wall sections;
section details that meet code compliance
Candidate experienced with site visits, leading coordination meetings, redlining drawings, submitting proposals; providing technical solutions throughout design and construction phases;
dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent negotiation skills; the ability to anticipate problems; trouble shooter acting as a main liaison between the firm and clients
- Software : Revit (3+ years on-the job use), AutoCAD, Wrike, Microsoft Project & Photoshop
- Car with a valid G driver's license; willingness to commute to job sites as requires
