The Clinic :

An innovative ADHD clinic that combines medical and behavioral services to assess and treat focusing challenges in children, adolescents and adults.

The team consists of medical, psychological, and coaching professionals all specialized in attention difficulties who work closely with one another under one roof to provide unified treatment.

The Role :

As a psychologist you will play an integral role within our multidisciplinary team :

  • Oversee and conduct assessments in line with your clinical experience and the business need (ex. ADHD / Mental Health, Psychoeducational, ASD).
  • Provide clinical feedback to clients and / or family members.
  • Once integrated and trained, the Clinic’s additional proprietary assessment types may become part of your roster.
  • Oversee Psychometry staff in line with the Clinic’s assessment processes
  • Join bi-weekly psychology meetings
  • Join monthly Clinic wide meetings

Commitment / Compensation :

  • Part-time 0.5 FTE (20 hours per week)
  • All roles with the Clinic require in-person workdays, breakdown to be negotiated
  • Schedule to fall between Monday Saturday, 9am - 5pm
  • Salary : $150,000 per year, Pro-Rated to reflect part-time schedule
  • Signing bonus of $5,000 for part-time
  • Includes Benefits : Health, Dental, Vision

Requirements :

  • Must be registered and in good standing with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO) as an independent practitioner (Psychologist or Psychological Associate).
  • Must be registered with CPO as a Clinical Psychologist
  • Authorized client population(s) must include : Adults
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in a similar position
  • Clinical experience with a wide age range of clients with various mental health presentations
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, attention to detail, well developed problem-solving abilities, and strong organizational skills
  • Strong writing skills and comfortable with technology
  • Excellent client retention and rapport
  • A progressive attitude towards the field of mental health services as it is evolving
