Mechanic-Technician for Bobcat machinery

Bobcat of Ottawa Valley is currently looking for a Service Technician-Mechanic for heavy equipment for Industrial machinery to deliver the desired customer service experience.

Service Technician Responsibility :
- Knowledge of these systems : electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and Tier 4 emissions
- Providing service & customer support at the shop and on dispatch calls
- Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions
- Produce timely and detailed service reports
- Must complete before 60 days, bronze, silver and gold programs on Bobcat University on line.
- Operate vehicle & equipment in a safety manner
- Follow the procedures and protocols of the work environment
- Cooperate & communicate with the technical team
- Build positive relationships with customers & co-workers
Requirements :
- Proven work experience
- Good verbal & written communication skills, (bilingual is an asset English & French)
- Must have his own tools
- Work with laptop
- An ability to work well under pressure
- Problems solving skills
- Efficiency and organisation
- Team working skills
