We have an immediate opening for a Facilities Coordinator in Canada.Please take a look at the detailed job description provided below.The role of a Workplace Coordinator is dedicated to cultivating anexceptional working environment for all members of theorganization. By providing comprehensive support services for theoffice and promoting the bestinclass atmosphere the Facilities Coordinator ensures thatevery employee can thrive. This is an onsite opportunity which requires offers a 40hour week withflexibility in scheduling. There may be occasional evening orweekend requirements depending on the needs of thejob.

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure the workplace is clean organized andready for use. Regularly check and maintain the spaces to keep themin top condition.
  • Handle and resolveofficerelated questions and problemsefficiently.
  • Create a great experience foreveryone including employees new hires visitors andguests.
  • Order and restock food snacks andoffice supplies as needed.
  • Work closely withteams like AV / IT Security and property management to ensure smoothoperations.
  • Stay connected to the business tounderstand how providing a great workplace impacts theteam.
  • Track and manage reports metrics anddocumentation on SharePoint.
  • Support the teamby documenting processes suggesting improvements and identifyingworkflow issues.
  • Communicate with vendors toensure good service and maintain strongrelationships.
  • Use the workplace ticketingsystem to handle service requests repairs and maintenance needsefficiently. Close tickets promptly after completing thework.
  • Quickly troubleshoot and resolve issuescoordinating with outside vendors whennecessary.

MinimumQualifications :

  • At least 3 years ofexperience in workplace management facilities orhospitality.
  • Knowledge of building controlsystems environmental systems workplace technology and audio / visualis a plus.
  • Experience managing vendors andimplementing corporate safety programs.
  • Strongcommunication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Officeapplications.
  • Friendly energetic andprofessional customer serviceattitude.
  • Flexible and able to handle multipletasks effectively.
  • Organized able to prioritizetasks and detailoriented.
  • Selfmotivated eagerto learn and able to manage workloadindependently.
  • Able to collaborate with otherdepartments in the company.
