Type : Temporary Full Time

Role Responsibilities :

• Perform pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical tasks in the designated area.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment with proper training and competency assessments.
• Document all tasks and results accurately.
• Identify equipment failure, troubleshoot, and take corrective actions; report and document incidents.
• Assist with inventory control and manage supplies appropriately.
• Develop and implement protocols for laboratory equipment, methodologies, and measurement devices.
• Collaborate on testing validation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of technology.
• Perform cutting frozen sections and operate automated staining equipment as applicable.
• Review and update SOPs as needed.
• Monitor standards for technical efficiency, quality assurance, and compliance with regulations.
• Participate in the quality management system, including policy and procedure development.
• Audit reports and follow up on non-conformances to ensure standards are met.
• Engage in continuous quality improvement activities.
• Coordinate with staff and assist in onboarding new employees.
