Position : Relocation Assistance Agent

Location : Ottawa (Onsite)

Job Type : 6-month contract with high chances of extension

As a Relocation Assistance Agent , you'll provide relocation policy advice to customers through various channels while ensuring adherence to policy guidelines and maintaining exceptional service levels.

Your role will involve problem-solving, effective communication, and proactive customer engagement.

What you will do :

• Provide relocation policy advice via calls, emails, online chat, and video chat.
• Resolve complex relocation issues within policy constraints.
• Coordinate urgent requests efficiently.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups.
• Identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist in budget establishment and coordination with service providers.
• Perform administrative tasks, including record-keeping and data entry.

The experience you have :

• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Previous customer support experience in a contact center.
• Bilingual proficiency (English and French required).
• Eligibility to obtain Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance.
• Customer service orientation.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Tech-savviness and adaptability.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Resilience and stress tolerance.
