Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for processing payroll and administering

employee compensation in compliance with company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

1. Payroll Processing : Process bi-weekly or monthly payroll accurately and on time

using payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex).

2. Timekeeping : Review and validate timecards or timesheets for accuracy and

completeness, resolving any discrepancies as needed.

3. Benefits Administration : Administer employee benefits such as health insurance,

retirement plans, and other deductions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

4. Tax Compliance : Calculate and withhold federal, state, and local taxes, as well as

other deductions such as garnishments and voluntary deductions.

5. Payroll Reporting : Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management, HR, and

other stakeholders as needed.

6. Record Maintenance : Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, including

employee information, earnings, deductions, and hours worked.

7. Compliance : Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll

regulations, including wage and hour laws and tax requirements.

8. Employee Support : Respond promptly and professionally to employee inquiries

regarding payroll, benefits, and related matters.

Qualifications

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

2+ years of experience in payroll processing or related role.

Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.

Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
